Cancellation Policy

*A 48 hour notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE is required.

If you are unable to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, you will be asked to prepay your next appointment prior to rescheduling.

*A NO CALL / NO SHOW will result in a $50 no show fee. This fee will need to be paid in addition to having to prepay for your next appointment prior to rescheduling.

Appointment Requests

Credit card information is required to reserve appointment time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not totally in love with your hair after your appointment, please contact me within the first week of service to schedule a complimentary adjustment.

Refunds

No Refunds of any kind are given.

*A thorough consultation will be provided for all services, however it is the clients responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undisclosed information during consultation is not the fault of Veronica or The Dragon's Lair Hair Studio LLC.*
